2009: celebrate with tororo shiru

Since you all enjoy this blog, I assume, dear readers, that while reading it you more than once fancied having some all-yours tororo shiru just for yourself... didn't you?
Here's an easy 3-steps recipe, courtesy of Noriko (please visit her site and say thanks!) in Noriko's own words:

- TORORO SHIRU -

Ingredients:
Yamato imo: 300g
Egg: 1 peace
Fish soup stock: 1 cup
Salt: 1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1/2 tbsp
Aonori: a little
Rice: some

Preparation:
1. Cut the yamato imo and grate it, add egg and salt.

2. Boil fish soup stock and soy sauce, mix the yamato imo.

3. Serve the yamato imo with aonori on rice.
